Location: Lancaster, PA (On-Site)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with management to address employee development and training needs.

Qualifications:

• Associates' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
